Jack Bay Cabin is located at the east end  of Jack Bay in the Chugach National Forest.

Shoup Bay State Marine Park is on the north side of Port Valdez,  approximately 12 miles from Valdez.  It has 3 Cabins - McCallister, Moraine and Kittiwake. Drop off is tide dependent for the two inner bay cabins so be sure to schedule your arrival in Valdez with abundant time and if using our services coordinate boarding and pickup times prior to arrival. Dropoffs can be made at any time of the tide with a 15 minute beachwalk.

In early spring the ice is still solid and boat access opens up numerous opportunities for ice climber. These guys claimed a first ascent near Valdez Narrows.
